What about crystal lite? I just tried it out and it's great. You can get it from CVS-Stop n Shop- etc Get the little to-go packs and you can empty one in 1 whole water bottle.

FYI- You need to be eating MORE. 2 egg whites ain't cutting it. You should be eating somewhere close to 2400 calories to maintain your weight and then in order to reduce your weight, we will begin with cutting your calorie intake by about 10%. This will leave you somewhere close to 2160 calories per day. Once you begin exercising, this will all change. This is only relevant to you now while you are not exercising. So the object is to aim for 2160 calories per day by splitting them up by 5-6 smaller meals spread throughout the day. At 5 meals, that is 432 calories per meal at 6 meals, that is 360 calories per meal. Keep that in mind when creating your meal plan. The time spread could be like this:

8am - Meal 1
10:30am - Meal 2
1pm - Meal 3
4pm - Meal 4
7pm - Meal 5
9:30pm - Meal 6 (optional)

You should be eating every 2.5 - 3hrs.

This is a good start for you. Be sure to keep doing your research and learning more and more! This is a full time job! You can NOT slack!
